Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange or in store credit policy.


To be eligible for a exchange or in store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange or in store credit, you can contact us at pjspinkboutique@gmail.com. Please note that exchange or instore credit will need to be sent to the following address: 36 S. Main Street, Fortville, IN 46040.

You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Exchange And In Store Credit
Please notify PJ's Pink Boutique before sending back your item, so we know it is on the way and we can discuss your item and if you want to exchange it for another size, another item or an in store credit.
